Shipping Policy This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at info@nicksroastingco.com Shipping Options & Delivery Costs We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. Standard Shipping 5 Days Shipping 3 Days Shipping Order Processing Time All orders placed Sunday to Friday are processed and dispatched the Saturday day same week. All orders placed during the public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Saturday. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes. International Orders Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy and meeting their needs. Return Policy: Coffee and Tea We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at info@nicksroastingco.com within two days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied. Return Policy: Merchandise (non-coffee items) We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. All Returns or Exchanges on merchandise (non-coffee) items must be done within 30 days of the purchase date. Items purchased online can be returned only to our Headquarters; they can’t be returned to our café locations. Please email your order number, name, reason for a Return/Exchange, and the item and quantity you wish to Return/Exchange to info@nicksroastingco.com We will contact you with information on how your return will be processed. We will not refund the price of shipping.
